iLoveCTA is a SaaS platform that allows you to create, manage, and track Call-to-Action elements for websites with advanced analytics features.

3. User Account

You must provide accurate information during registration
You are responsible for the security of your account
You may not share login credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

4. Plans and Payments

Prices are listed in Euros and are subject to change
Payments are processed through Stripe
Subscriptions renew automatically
You may cancel at any time
No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to:

Use the service for illegal activities
Violate intellectual property rights
Attempt to compromise the security of the platform
Use unauthorized bots or automated scripts
Create CTAs with offensive or harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

iLoveCTA and all content, functionality, and features are the exclusive property of iLoveCTA. Content uploaded by users remains their property.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results in terms of conversions. We are not responsible for indirect damages or loss of profit.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with notice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately in case of violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be resolved by Italian courts.
